Difference Between Religion and Faith

How is faith different from religion?
The essence of religion is faith.
It is beyond rituals and dogmas,
It is beyond rules and regulations,
It is beyond do’s and don’t.

Faith remains constant regardless,
of tests and trials of life.

Faith has the power,
To transform human souls,
To deliver from trying circumstances of life,
To transcend beyond boundaries, time, and space.

A religion aims to instill faith,
It is not merely limited to the outer sphere of life,
But act as a catalyst for change,
that transforms individual lives and societies.

Faith is not a blind imitation of rituals and dogmas.
It does not confide the human soul, nor restrict but liberates.

Faith can be reached by an analytical approach.
By examination of the inner activity of the soul.
Through sincere spiritual and intellectual exploration,
Do not judge faith by limited intellect,
nor take science as a criterion to judge.

Intellect cannot encompass infinite ideas,
That has roots in eternity.
Faith is beyond action, beyond feelings, beyond intellect,
It is not a notion nor a thought that is transitory.

It is innate intuition and an ability to sense,
something that lies beyond the perception of a human mind.
Words cannot define it, the mind cannot comprehend it,
It is firm conviction of the soul,

It is a Conviction independent of sensory perception,
The heart possesses the capability to recognize,
and senses these inner realities of the soul that lie beyond space.

It is absolute, undeniable, unchangeable notion,
that takes firm hold of a soul.
Transcend beyond time,
Bodies may disintegrate in the grave,
but faith remains alive.
